Amphibians = These vertebrates may be closely related to lungfish. At the larva stage of frogs, toads, and salamanders the young still live in water and breathe through gills. As frogs and toads go through metamorphosis, they develop lungs and legs. Ttheir moist skin helps them breathe by absorbing oxogen. the eggs of these vertebrates are laid in or near water.
Reptiles = these animals originated from amphibians and are cold blooded. Their skin is covered by horny scales or plates. Most lay rubbery, soft eggs. Some people believe that these creatures evolved from amphibians and were the first animals to live out of water. Many people also believe evolution is a false theory.
